In evaluating price in the M&A transaction, it is necessary to adopt an appropriate valuation method depending on the business descriptions, size, and growth stage of each target company or business. 

Analyzing the target's current status and potential growth, we fairly and impartially conduct valuations that should be agreeable to the sell-side, buy-side, and stakeholders of the respective parties. In addition, the price must reflect the value of acquisition assets including intangible assets for financial and accounting purposes.
